Community Homes provides exceptional community-based housing where adults with developmental disabilities live rich, full lives.
In our 31 years of developing homes and creating community-based options, residents experience reliable and safe housing managed by live-in caregivers, pursue their best lives, and contribute to their communities.
We currently provide housing for 53 residents in 11 homes across King County and are looking to grow to support more adults with developmental disabilities find their key to independence.
In the last 5 years, we have opened 3 new homes and educated nearly 500 families who are seeking housing options. With your generous support, we will continue to create housing solutions where residents feel a sense of belonging and purpose.
